Sponsorship Levels

1. Corporate Sponsorship: A budget for a Trip to Ireland is provided for the Arizona Colleen to apply towards her travel to Ireland, as approved by the Colleen Selection Committee. Participating at this level entitles you to four VIP tickets for the Selection, a full-page ad in the Selection’s program, visual identification in the evening’s display and on the website, and visibility on stage as you present the 2013 Arizona Colleen~Arizona Rose with her travel package at the St. Patrick’s Day Faire. 2. Scholarship Sponsorship: Increments of $500 or more for educational pursuits. All will be recognized in the program and by the Emcees. It entitles you to two VIP tickets, ½ page recognition in the Selection’s program, visual identification in the evening’s display, and visibility on stage as you present the 2013 Colleen with her scholarship gift at the St. Patrick’s Day Faire. A gift of $250 entitles you to the above with ¼ page recognition.

   The Colleen Committee implemented the concept of a “pool” for the Rose, Tiara, Claddagh, Heritage Partner, Harp, Donor/Business Listing, and Friends Sponsorship levels. What this means is that there are a variety of dollar levels available with corresponding tiers of recognition as in the past, however all the funds go in to support the Colleen~Rose Program. Instead of specific Tiara sponsors for each Colleen contestant, all the Tiara funds contribute to the health and value of the Program overall. All the funds therefore support and represent the new 2013 titleholder as she performs her duties in Arizona and Ireland. This is to ensure a fairer and more equitable way of marketing the sponsors, especially the Tiara level that have been up against the “luck of the draw” of whether the random pairing of their contestant resulted in her winning that given year. Tiara sponsors will continue to have the option of providing an escort for the contestants on Selection night. To keep the evening’s schedule tighter, there will be a PowerPoint rotating with higher level sponsors instead of on-stage introductions.
3. Rose Sponsorship (need 5 or more): This sponsorship enables our Arizona Colleen to compete as the Arizona Rose in the International Rose of Tralee selection in County Kerry, Ireland. The annual participation fees are $2,000, which includes our contestant’s housing, food, and sightseeing during the Rose of Tralee Regionals in June 2013. And, if she advances to the finals at the 52nd Annual Rose of Tralee International Festival in August, the fees include our contestant’s housing, food, airfare, and sightseeing then as well. She will compete with Rose centers from Ireland, UK, Australia, USA, and elsewhere. It is the largest watched televised events with over a million viewers. The Rose winner receives a prize package valued at 25,000 Euro (€EUR) including a world tour. Sponsorship cost is $400 and entitles you to two VIP tickets to the 2013 Selection, a ½ page ad in the Selection’s program, visual identification on the Rose Sponsor poster on display at area events where possible, and visibility on stage at the St. Patrick’s Day Faire. In addition, your name, logo, contact information and a few sentences describing what services or product you provide will also be put on our website with a hyperlink to your website for the following year. You will also receive standing recognition by the Emcees at the Selection. The crowned Arizona Colleen and the group of Rose sponsors will be photographed and posted on the Colleen website. 4. Tiara Sponsorship (need 4): Cost is $350 and entitles you to two VIP tickets, ½ page recognition or ad in the Selection’s program, visual identification on event signage. In addition, your business card or name, logo, contact information and a few sentences describing what services or product you provide will also be put on our website with a link to your website for the following year. You will also receive standing recognition by the Emcees at the Selection. The crowned Arizona Colleen and the group of Tiara sponsors will be photographed and posted on the Colleen website. Note: Each Tiara Sponsor is welcome to personally act as an escort OR to provide an escort for one of the Colleen Contestants at the Selection night; otherwise a gentleman from our Escort Corps will do the honors.

   Tiara Sponsorship for Little Miss Shamrock program (at least 2): Benefits mirror the above but serve as an escort for the Shamrock winners who will debut at the Arizona Colleen Selection.

   Tiara Sponsorship for Arizona Irish Lass program (at least 2): Benefits mirror the above but serve as an escort for the Lass winners who will debut at the Arizona Colleen Selection.

6. Heritage Partner Sponsorship (need 12): Cost is $175 and entitles you two tickets, a ¼ page ad in our Heritage Partner Sponsorship section of the Selection’s program and on our website for the following year with a link to your website if you so desire. The economy as it is, this level accommodates partnering TWO sponsors to equal one Tiara sponsor, which is needed for each contestant to meet budget (in other words, $175 + $175 = $350).
   
   
   
   
   
7. Harp Sponsorship: Cost is $150 and entitles you to 1/8 page ad on our Harp Sponsors page in the Selection’s program, and on our website for the following year with a link to your website if you so desire.

11. Raffle items: Entitles you to recognition for you and/or your business (name, address, phone number, website, and your contribution) in the Thanks and Recognition section of the Selection's program and on our website for the following year.
12. Donation: Cash or in-kind gift for any of the Colleen Programs entitles you to recognition for you and/or your business (name, address, phone number, website, and your contribution) in the Thanks and Recognition section of the Selection's program and on our website for the following year.
